Additional Tools

Some useful tools are currently being added to this website. Eventually, they will include the following:

• Cross references between varying titles of indexed publication
• Cross references between various forms of personal names appearing in IYP
• A list of identified pseudonyms appearing in the IYP records
• A commented listing of Yiddish publications of the Russian Empire that were not included in IYP despite being mentioned in Avrom Kirzhnits’s bibliography
• Useful links to relevant bibliographical sources and to more digitally accessible Yiddish publications.
